EST - One of the best Fine Dining Place in Sydney

This one of my favour restaurants, fantastic service, great atmosphere, good presentation  and amazing food!

This time, I celebrated my best friend's birthday!!
Before we going there, they called us for proving pick up service, we are so surprised!!

We chose the four course menu and shared with my friend!




The best fish ever!!! Before trying this, I normally do not order fish dishes in Western restaurants, because they don't know how to keep the original tease properly.  I thought only cantonese know how to cook fish.
In Hong Kong, people use steam method to cook fish in order to keep fish's taste and use ginger and shallot to improve the taste of fish.
After having this, the chef completely master the quintessence of cooking fish!!!





Similarly, I hate everting about coconut, but this!!
This is the best coconut favour dessert in the world!!!
You Must Order It!!!

No wonder, the Passion fruit souffle was incredible !!!
